LOGOS
Intro
Dr. Sand approached me for a logo creation for their naturopathic healthcare business. The final product needed to align with her natural healing approaches while portraying a well-founded and trustworthy clinic.
Dr. Sand had already gained a solid reputation in her community during her residency. Now that her residency was wrapping up she sought to establish her own identity. With her website in progress, she required a logo to foster her Brand and create a presence expanding her patient roster.

Exploratory Sketches
With Dr. Sand's specialties in; Chinese Herbal Medicine, Acupuncture, G.I. treatments, and Natural Medicine incorporating a sense of nature would cover the overarching theme in her practice.
Logo
The leaves in the background create the strong sense of identity, encapsulating Dr. Sand's specialties. The ring of text further details what her practice does while visually adding more depth and character to the logo. Then everything is surrounded by a larger circle representing the cycle of nature and how the body heals itself.
LOGOS
Intro
Four companions set off on a journey to establish a resort in Key West, FL. They approached me to design a logo for them. Four Palms was their chosen name, each palm symbolizing one of the originators, but that was the extent of it.
The process of merging the founders' concepts — modern, luxury, classic, and scalability — was demanding, yet accomplished through the balance of traditional shapes with minimalism. The use of black and white aimed to sustain an air of refinement and contemporariness helping them standout among the crowded and colorful world of resorts in the Keys.

Exploratory Sketches
Attempting to balance contemporary with opulence, initial stages experimented with basic forms. Playing with the shape of palm leaves, the way a leaf might suggest the silhouette of a cabana, and how the numeral 4 could incorporate into Palms.
Logo
Arranged in a square for simplicity and possible tessellation the four leaves create a traditional starburst pattern in the center. Creating a realistic palm shape, visually overly complicated the logo. The tapering slit down the middle of each teardrop shape is the only indication of what they are.
LABELS
Intro
Part of my client's holidays was gifting their home-brews to loved ones as a yearly custom, however, the bottles required a distinct personality. Drawing inspiration from my client's selection of exceptional and intriguing ingredients in their beer served as the starting point for the label designs.
Black as Coal Stout; a beer that embodies darkness and richness. Crafted with a unique infusion of chilies and cocoa nibs, this brew takes on a bold and intriguing flavor profile. But what truly sets it apart is its connection to a holiday tradition rooted in dark humor - the act of leaving lumps of coal in stockings for those who have been naughty.

Exploratory Sketches
Starting off by exploring the contrast and parallels between a chunk of charcoal and a diamond. Both are carbon forms emerging from the profound depths of the earth, one absorbs all photons, while the other refracts them endlessly inside.
Label
The concept of merging a faceted gemstone and a piece of charcoal resulted in a geodesic form. The backdrop represents the slow ascent from the heavy earth to the surface, ready for appreciation.

Intro
The Holidays can be an exquisitely chaotic and brutally amusing time of year. Seeking to capture the essence of haphazard plans, dashed expectations, and the bittersweet moments spent with our beloved fam-damnily, I undertook a daring design project.

My mission? To cram every element of a Christmas tree into the confinements of a label. This Spruce Tree Ale is brewed with fresh spruce tips imported from Colorado, for the most wonderful pine of the year. Drawing inspiration from the beautiful absurdity of the holiday season, I dabble in the realms of twisted nostalgia and wicked revelry.
